One of the more confusing aspects of today’s stock market is the pervasive perception that April’s explosive rally has been broad-based. Yet, per Zero Hedge, that is definitely not the case. In fact, other than during the terminal stages of the last 1990s tech bubble, this has been essentially tied for the worst “market halitosis” — AKA, bad breadth — of the past 25 years.
